Day 1: Arrive Cairo
Welcome to Egypt, the gift of the Nile as described by Herodotus. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met and assisted by Memphis Tours representative who will help you during passport control, luggage area and customs formalities. Then you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo by a private air-conditioned vehicle for check in and overnight in Cairo.
Day 2: Pyramids Tour
After breakfast drive to Plateau of Giza to visit the Pyramids of Cheops, Kephren and Mykerinos, which were rocked by the Greeks to be one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Proceed to visit the Great Sphinx; the head of a pharaoh with a lion’s body, which dated from the time of Kephren, the tour includes also a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramid of Kephren. Continue to Maniel Palace. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 3: Art Museums Tour
Breakfast, then visit Mahmoud Khaleel Museum and Mahmoud Mokhtar Museum, where you see the most marvellous paintings and sculptures of the greatest artists and sculptors in the world, then to Cairo Tower. At night enjoy a musical concert in Cairo Opera House. (Optional)
Day 4: Luxor Temples Tour
Transfer to Cairo airport for your flight to Luxor where you will be met and assisted, and taken to your hotel. In the afternoon pay a visit to the Karnak Temples, the greatest example of worship in history that was dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. It was constructed from the beginning of the Middle Kingdom to the Graeco Roman period. Then pay a visit to Luxor Temple that was built by Amunhotep III in the 18th Dynasty in the New Kingdom and it was completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty. Optional trip to Sound & Light Show at Karnak Temple.
Day 5: Luxor West Bank
Early morning, no time is wasted in immersing you incredible excursion takes you to Valley of the Kings, the magnificence of the grandeur of architecture which was used for burial. After that enjoy the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut which was built by Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmosis I, who ruled Egypt about 20 years during the 18th Dynasty. Then onto Colossi of Memnon. In the evening, you will be driven to Luxor Airport for flight to Cairo, where you will be met and assisted at the airport and taken to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 6: Final departure
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo International Airport to fly back to home.
