Day 1: Arrive Cairo
Welcome to Egypt, the gift of the Nile as described by Herodotus. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met and assisted by Memphis Tours representative who will help you during passport control, luggage area and customs formalities. Then you will be transferred by a wheelchair private air-conditioned vehicle to the majestic Le Meridien Pyramids Hotel, a 5 star hotel provided with adapted rooms for the disabled travellers. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2: Pyramids / The Egyptian Museum
After breakfast, relish a day tour of sightseeing by a private vehicle. First transfer to the accessible Egyptian Museum, well-paved site for wheelchair travelers, where you can see the magnificent collection of Tutankhamun, among many other fascinating pharaonic artifacts. Move on to the accessible Giza Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx, the head of a pharaoh with a lion's body, dates from the time of Chephren. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple which belongs to the Pyramids of Chephren. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 3: Alexandria Sightseeing
After breakfast, Trip to Alexandria to visit Pompey's Pillar, a monument of the Roman Emperor Diocletian, and Qaitbey Citadel, built in the 15th century by Sultan Qaitbay on the spot of Alexandria’s ancient lighthouse. Overnight at Sheraton Montazah Hotel in Alexandria.
Day 4: Back To Cairo
Brreakfast, pay a visit to the paved grand Montazah Palace for wheelchair, which combines Turkish and Florentine architectural styles. Then spend the rest of the morning on the corniche. Afternoon transfer back to Cairo. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 5: Fly to Luxor
Breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport for a flight to Luxor where you will be met and assisted by our representative at the airport. Check in at Sheraton Luxor, a 5 star hotel in Luxor. In the afternoon pay a visit to the Karnak Temples, the greatest example of worship in history that was dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu. It was constructed from the beginning of the Middle Kingdom to the Graeco Roman period. Then pay a visit to Luxor Temple that was built by Amunhotep III in the 18th Dynasty in the New Kingdom and it was completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty.
Day 6: Luxor West Bank
Early morning, no time is wasted in immersing you incredible excursion takes you to Valley of the Kings, the magnificence of the grandeur of architecture which was used for burial. After that enjoy El Deir Bahari Temple which was built by Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmosis I, who ruled Egypt about 20 years during the 18th Dynasty. Then onto the Colossi of Memnon. Day 7: Back To Cairo / Cairo Tours
Transfer to Luxor Airport for flight to Cairo. Relish a visit to Salah El Din Citadel and the Mohammed Ali Alabaster Mosque in Islamic Cairo. Then enjoy browsing around the bazaars at the historic Khan El Khalili, where you can find a vast array of local hand made goods, perfumes and pharaonic-style jewelry. Overnight in Le Meridien Pyramids Hotel Cairo.
Day 8: Departure
After breakfast, you will be driven by an accessible modern van to Cairo International Airport for final departure.
